Chia Seed Chocolate Mousse

Recipe – Chia Seed Chocolate Mousse

Serves: 4
Time: 10 minutes prep, 4+ hours chilling

Ingredients

2 cups milk of choice

¼ cup Traditional Table Anti-Inflammatory Hot Chocolate powder

½ cup chia seeds

2–3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: berries, toasted coconut, cacao nibs


Method

Whisk milk, hot chocolate powder, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in chia seeds and mix well.

Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.

Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight.

Serve chilled with your choice of toppings.
