At Traditional Table, we, Rhona and Pieter, are deeply rooted in the land we call home. Based in the Hessequa region of the Garden Route, South Africa, our journey is inspired by the rich agricultural heritage of this region, where traditional food and natural living have always been a way of life.

We believe that true nourishment comes from simplicity — from real ingredients prepared with care and respect for where they come from. What began with our handcrafted tallow and lard has grown to include wholesome products like kefir, hot chocolate, and our Fattish skincare range — all created with the same dedication to quality, purity, and heritage.

Traditional Table is more than a brand — it’s a reflection of our home, values, and vision for a return to honest, nourishing living.
