Tallow Roast Potato Salad with Green Beans & Mustard Dressing
Product: Traditional Table Beef Tallow
Golden roast potatoes tossed in a zesty mustard dressing — hearty, budget-friendly, and great for a crowd.
Ingredients:
800 g baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp Traditional Table Beef Tallow
200 g green beans, blanched
3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Method:
1. Roast potatoes in melted tallow at 200°C until crisp.
2. Whisk mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss warm potatoes and beans in the dressing and serve.
